Mixer Cooling Tunnel

Usually placed after the Enrober to cool down gradually the coated products. Cooling Tunnels can also be used for many other products than chocolate that require cooling. Like the Enrober there are many configuration of Cooling Tunnels, depending on the product, speed, etc to be cooled, which will determine also the length of the covered section. Cooling units can be air-cooled or water cooled. We can advise on the best configuration to suit you specific requirements.
